I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect as it's closest to the water park, and I enjoyed the beautiful beach and resort area. The venetian restaurant is definitely worth eating at, the food is very good. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The views from the balcony were amazing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The variety of pools and water park was a great fit for families with children, and the towel service on-site was a plus. Also, the location is convenient to several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The food at the on-site restaurant was average at best, with limited options for children. The nightly entertainment lacked variety and excitement. The hotel staff, while friendly, seemed to be more focused on receiving tips than offering genuine hospitality.

Got two complementary drinks upon arrival and a free upgrade. Location was perfect, close to the beach and had a gorgeous view. Loved the sunset dinner cruise.

We found the location of the hotel to be perfect for our holiday needs. It had easy access to the beach, and we enjoyed walking down to Rick's Cafe for the sunset experience. The rooms were spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.
